The final round of games Sega has for the Genesis mini is being announced soon.
The Sega Genesis Mini is just a few short months away and the lineup games for it are looking amazing. However we currently only know 30 of the promised 40 games but fear not that’s about to change soon.

Sega Recently announced that the last 10 games making their appearance on the Mega Drive/Genesis will be announced on June 4th 2019 just 3 days from the day I’m writing this post. They will be announcing the games during a livestream on the official Sega channel. Now with that being said they’ve only stated that its the Japanese Mega Drive games that are being announced but given the past announcements we should expect what American consumers will be getting within a short time of the Japanese announcement.

For those of you who don’t know Sega recently also clarified that even though the U.S. release is shipping with the original 3 button controllers that originally launched with the Genesis/MegaDrive instead of the 6 button controller that’s releasing with the Japanese Mega Drive Mini, the U.S. can use the recently released Sega Genesis 6 button and Saturn controller by Retrobit. The Retrobit controller runs around 15 dollars.
